Call For Papers

We are delighted to open the call for submissions of papers for ASEC 2026.

Although we have a dedicated theme for ASEC this year, papers do not have to be limited by it. We are open to all proposals and appreciate a range of papers to be submitted covering a range of interesting applications in Systems Engineering.

This year the length of papers has been reduced to allow more space for additional papers to be presented. Paper presentations must fill a 30-minute time slot and should include a 5-minute window to allow presenters to answer any questions from the audience.

All successful papers and their associated presentations will be made available to our members via our website after the event. Also, all papers will be published in the formal Proceedings, which are available via: pre-order, at the conference, and after the conference via the IfSE website. All papers must therefore use the IfSE Paper Template to ensure uniformity, which will be provided to all authors.
