The ASEC 2026 booking fee does not include hotel accommodation. However, IfSE has secured a discounted rate at the both the voco Telford - Ironbridge and the International Hotel, allowing you to stay conveniently close to the venue where the conference is being held.
ASEC 2026 delegates will be responsible for booking their own rooms and we recommend that you do so as soon as possible to take advantage of this preferential rate. To guarantee the booking of a discounted hotel room, bookings should be made by the end of August 2026.
